Talk the Future aims to facilitate collaboration between students and diverse actors within the food sector in the province of Gelderland while encouraging conscious and responsible consumption. We seek to provide practical learning and consultancy experiences for students while helping businesses in their endeavors towards sustainability.
Talk the Future is currently under a concept development phase. We are actively contacting local food actors in the province of Gelderland to gain a comprehensive understanding of their unique vision, mission, strategies, and challenges.
Project Manager (2)
As a project manager, you are responsible for conducting market research and contacting potential future partners (i.e. a local business or farm) to understand how they contribute to sustainable and healthy food accessibility, challenges they face in doing so, and how we could best help them in this pursuit.
Tasks:
- Conduct research for future potential partners and projects.
- Engage in meaningful dialogues with the local business or farm to understand its vision, mission, strategies, and challenges, as well as brainstorm potential solutions.
- Explore ways in which the partner could benefit from having an intern, volunteer worker, employee, or apprentice.
- Prepare vacancy descriptions and work together with HR to recruit appropriate students.
Requirements:
For this position we are looking for a:
- enthusiastic team member who is creative, proactive, solution-oriented, interested in solving sustainability challenges related to food
- has excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Knowing Dutch is not a requirement, but highly appreciated
Social Media Coordinator
As a social media coordinator, you are responsible for creating engaging social media content. You will schedule and publish content on social media platforms; monitor social media channels for comments and messages and respond to them. With this, you will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with the online community.
Tasks:
- Creating and managing the Talk the Future Instagram feed on a regular basis.
- Managing talk the future website
- Be analytical and organized regarding when to publish content to reach target audiences.
- Work together with Enactus marketing team for publication purposes
Requirements:
For this position we are looking for a:
- enthusiastic team member who is attentive to detail, proactive, enjoys being creative
- preferably has knowledge of/experience with social media platforms
- Knowing Dutch is not a requirement, but highly appreciated
