CHAIR

As Chair, you will be the face of Enactus Wageningen and bear the end responsibility. You are aware of all that happens within your organization and make sure that it runs smoothly. Your function-specific responsibility will lie in guiding the team to reach goals defined in the year plan/strategy while you supervise the internal organization of the board. Besides monitoring the long term goals and supporting the team, you preside over the member activities and keep an eye on the overall project coordination. Furthermore, you are taking care of the day to day board management. You prepare and preside board meetings and optimise internal processes. You will have an eye for other board members’ personal development, qualities, and challenges and will guide them in the form of progress meetings. Additionally, you are a point of contact for external parties together with the ER-manager. For example, biweekly meetings will be held with EnactusNL and you maintain contact with the WUR representative. Lastly, next to your function-specific tasks, you coordinate one project of Enactus Wageningen.
