HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

As Human Resource Manager, you are responsible for our students. You will build a recruitment campaign together with the marketing manager. You are well aware of what talents your team needs and guide the recruitment process from interviews, member-selection and decide on team compositions. Furthermore, you will thrive for the biggest (personal) development possible among your members during their Enactus year. You will have 2 personal meetings with each project member in which you look into their needs and look for opportunities in your team’s program to fulfil these needs. You evaluate progress and functioning whenever necessary and are the confidant of the members. Additionally, you will manage the member and alumni administration. You are aware of talents that were and are part of your team and administrate this clearly. You make sure this information is always up to date and send the alumni network updates in order to keep them involved.
