You have 2 personal development interviews with each project member in which you discuss their goals and look for opportunities in your team’s program to achieve these goals. You evaluate their progress and performance where necessary and are the members’ confidant. In addition, you manage the member and alumni administration. You ensure that this information is always up-to-date and send updates from the alumni network to keep them involved in Enactus Wageningen.
