During a board year you have the opportunity to explore your interests and develop professionally on area’s like leadership and communication. These skills are necessary useful during your further career. Additionally, you learn everything about social entrepreneurship. A topic that becomes increasingly relevant.
Enactus Wageningen is part of Enactus Nederland. Enactus Netherlands organizes various events and training days for the board in cooperation with companies such as Randstad, KPMG and Unilever. There is also a possibility to be coached by someone from the business world. These are great opportunities to build a professional network. As a board member you spend 15-20 hours a week working with Enactus.

Anurag Rathi- Chair
As the chair, I am responsible for the overall management of the organisation. I monitor Enactus’ progress and annual goals, I plan and chair our board meetings and I assist with the personal development of the board.

Chunar Bhate – External Relations Manager
As the External Relations Manager, I am responsible for the external network of Enactus Wageningen. My tasks include maintaining the existing relations of Enactus Wageningen and recruiting new partners. Partners of Enactus Wageningen can both contribute to our organization financially and with their expertise. As an External Relations Manager, I am ambitious, investigative, pro-active, social and communicatively skilled.

Suraj Pattanashetti – Project Manager
Stuurt onze innovatieve projecten aan door teams te begeleiden, te ondersteunen en te helpen waar nodig. Hij bewaakt de voortgang, biedt richting en zorgt ervoor dat elk project zijn volledige potentieel bereikt.
Event Manager
As the Event Manager, my role involves crafting memorable weekly events “MEMBER’s EVENING” and planning exciting events you all love! Additionally, this year I am leading the Enactus Wageningen Hackathon committee to organise this exciting event!

Anuj Patidar- Marketing Manager
As Marketing Manager you are responsible for communicating the right message about Enactus Wageningen. You manage our online and offline presence by creating content for social media, LinkedIn, the website, and promotional materials such as flyers and presentations. You help shape recruitment campaigns, promote events and vacancies, and keep our Business Brochure up to date. In addition to these marketing tasks, you also coordinate one of the Enactus Wageningen projects.
Dakshinya Padmapriya Ashok – HR Manager
As Human Resource Manager, you support and guide the students within Enactus Wageningen. Together with the Marketing Manager, you design and run the recruitment campaign, oversee interviews and member selection, and create balanced and effective teams. Throughout the year, you focus on the personal and professional development of all members by holding individual check-ins, monitoring progress, and acting as their point of trust. You also manage the member and alumni administration, ensuring that information remains up to date and that alumni stay connected to the network.
