PaiBloom is a youth-led food systems innovation that transforms Cambodia’s longan fruit — often wasted due to market gluts and poor infrastructure — into regenerative, traceable, and community-empowering products, including dried longan, syrups, and teas. By combining circular product development, agroforestry, community empowerment, and data-driven traceability, Paibloom creates a new pathway for smallholder farmers, women, and youth to engage in sustainable and dignified livelihoods — while tackling post-harvest food loss, soil degradation, and rural underemployment.
