About our project!
Cleafy is a project aimed to address the challenges of urban agriculture in the Netherlands, where space is limited, and access to fresh, locally grown products is scarce. In fact, Cleafy provides a home-scale hydroponic system that enables cultivation without soil, maximizing space efficiency.
Our hydroponic system is scalable, affordable, and designed for urban households, making access to fresh produce like leafy vegetables available to anyone. It’s the perfect addition to your dorm, student house or family home.
Social Media Manager
Responsible for managing and executing the project’s social media strategy. Maintain a consistent brand presence across social platforms.
Preferred Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication abilities, creativity and innovation, analytical skills (Google Analytics, Insights). Strategic thinking, ability to meet deadlines. Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
Responsibilities:
•Developing and sourcing content to post on social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn). Interacting with followers, monitoring social media metrics and analysing performance data, planning campaigns.
External Relations & Financial Assistant
Supporting the project’s external communication strategies and assisting with financial management tasks. Manage public relations activities and providing administrative support.
Preferred Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Organizational skills and time management. Strategic thinking, ability to meet deadlines. Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments. Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices. Problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Stakeholder communications, public relations activities Brand representation, financial record keeping, budget management, financial reporting.
Product Developer
Designing, developing and refining hydroponic systems that optimise plant growth and efficiency. Creating prototypes, testing systems and collaborating with cross functional teams to bring innovative hydroponic solutions.
Preferred Skills:
Technical knowledge of hydroponic systems and plant biology, research skills, ability to conduct experiments. Innovation and creativity. Strategic thinking, ability to meet deadlines. Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments. Attention to detail and sustainability focus.
Responsibilities:
Stay informed about trends and advancements in the industry. Create and test prototypes, collaboration, create comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and maintenance guides. Customer feedback and improvement.
